With a 35% sales surge in 2023, BMW Indonesia's dealerships now face a challenge: balancing inventory to meet high demand with maintaining efficient operations and delivering quality service. They need a solution that optimizes inventory management, streamlines workflows through tools like an ERP dashboard, and ensures customer satisfaction remains high even during periods of increased demand.
Overview
BMW Indonesia's ERP software aims to assist branch managers and dealership administrators in efficiently processing customer sales and managing inventory. With core features including customer sales management, maintenance scheduling, procurement order management, and analytics reporting. By facilitating smooth customer transactions, organizing maintenance schedules, managing procurement orders effectively, and providing insightful analytics reports, the software empowers managers and administrators to streamline processes for high efficiency workflow, improve customer service, and minimize unexpected expense.

To understand how a dealership works, i conducted some in person interview with some representative from several dealership. I've come up with some conclusion on what they need and their pain point.
